About this deal

Please note the all Mooer micro series pedals must be powered by 9V DC (not supplied) as they are too small for battery compartments! Specification The JOYO JF-12 features a mid-cut that allows you to scoop out some of the body. That can work quite nicely when playing some crunchy power chords. This pedal offers a lot of sustain for your solos and leads that stand out and cut through a busy mix. When combined with the Octave Up feature, the Fuzz can sound a bit like the White Stripes. The Mooer Pure Octave is a mini-size octave pedal with versatile blending options and a wide choice of octave modes. It comes with eleven different octave settings with up to five available octaves in a single setting. This pedal will easily fit in any pedalboard and stay there for a while thanks to its rugged metal chassis. A good choice for those with very limited space. Features

I could find a use in my act for this pedal because I do make some weird jive too, but it's not really what I had expected. Ideal for the player running short of space on their pedalboard, the Mooer MPO1 Pure Octave Pedal is a divine and adaptive octave pedal offering 11 modes of harmonic goodness, so you can achieve the tone you're looking for every time without fail! This octave pedal allows you to blend an octave below and octave above a given note, balancing the sounds with the responsive controls. A single input and two outs allow you to split the dry and wet signals. The JOYO JF-12 Voodoo Octave Fuzz offers the guitar player some options to dial in the desired sound. It is built like a tank and will fit nicely in most pedalboard setups, plugged in with its 9V current. Our choice for best octave pedal is the MXR M288 Octave Deluxe. It offers a creamy analog tone with a great variety of options from subtle to extreme. For those on a budget, the Donner Harmonic Square is a fantastic choice with plenty of features in a compact size. If you demand the best there is, our premium option is the Electro-Harmonix Micro POG. Showcasing an array of controls to get your required tone every time, the MP01 Pure Octave includes Upper, Sub and Dry pot, arranged in a visually optimised and convenient way so usability is always hassle-free. Meaning you can focus on the creative side whether it's live or in the studio, and let your tone shine! Mooer MPO1 Pure Octave Pedal Specifications: There are some intriguing features in the Boss OC-5 Octave, so much so that many guitar players are replacing traditional favorites with one of these brown bad boys. The original Boss OC-2 was loved by guitar and bass players alike, and this iteration keeps all that was good about it whilst adding some extra versatility. As for the performance, there is a slight latency when turned completely wet. Also, the pitches didn't sound to me like pure octaves: they where distinctly detuned octaves. There is also a noticeable drop in sound volume. I was mostly surprised by the detuning because I'd listened to a few demos on YouTube and there it sounded much better. My fat-fingered friend Stephan was of the opinion that how this pedal performed was par for the octaver-pedal-course, so it is possible that my criticism is unjustifiably based on unrealistic expectations.

With the TC Electronic Sub ‘N’ Up Octaver you can turn your guitar tone into a ringing 12-string or just go crazy with a gigantic synth-style tone. All of this in a very compact unit that will take very little space in your pedalboard, but give you big sounds and options. Features We won’t get too deep into theory and intervals here, but a simplistic way to look at it is to first imagine playing a power chord. The first note is your root, the second is a fifth, and the third note is an octave. The second note is called a fifth because it is five notes away from your original, and due to the way frequencies work, lends it a certain sound that is rather pleasing to the human ear. MOOER has been impressing musicians around the globe since 2010 with its cutting-edge guitar pedals, and this is set to continue with the new MOOER Purer Octave pedal. MOOER has taken a minimalistic and sleek approach to the design of Purer Octave, whilst leveraging a cutting-edge repitch algorithm to go beyond the functionality of regular octave pedals. This pedal offers three knobs (2 tiny and one normal) and a toggle switch to allow you to be in full control of your sound at all times. One of the tiny knobs is labeled “Wet” and sets the volume of the effected signal.

Purer Octave is presented within a compact pedal case with a glossy orange finish, complete with an intuitive and tidy user interface. The pedal provides a standardized ¼” mono input and output, powered by a 9V DC power port. These features ensure that Purer Octave can be used on the move by any guitarist, offering a truly flexible and intuitive product for octave effect perfection. Next, we shift our attention to the moving parts, like footswitches, expression pedals, and knobs verifying that they're reliable and smooth to operate. Additionally, we evaluate their accessibility and layout, as many pedals feature a wealth of different controls. This test is critical since the last thing anyone wants is to struggle with their equipment while performing. It’s almost always best to have an octave pedal as your first in the chain. This is because you want a clean signal going straight in to ensure the best note reproduction possible. However, as with all things signal chain related, this is not a rule. A lot of players gained satisfying results placing fuzz pedals before octaves, as well as clean boost pedals to ensure a strong signal going in, so play around with the placement and you might be surprised at what you come up with! The appeal of this octave guitar effect pedal stems from the various combinations it offers. The slight volume modulation that accompanies the octave down adds a bit of movement to the dry signal and sills out the frequency spectrum in the second octave down. You can also combine the octave-up with the dry signal to produce a believable 12-guitar sound. If you want a pipe organ sound, add a second octave up.This pedal also offers a wider range and greater polyphonic capabilities than the previous OC-2 and OC-3, while covering your octave needs in full. This is a musical octaver without unwanted glitches in lower notes and chords, allowing you to transform your electric guitar into a 12-string, a bass, or even a church organ.

Features Some pedals do more than one octave up or down and some layer multiple octaves on top of one another to create those organ-type sounds you sometimes hear. Most octave pedals will also allow you to blend your original signal with your octave sound, so you can have the sound of two guitars at once, or just fool everyone into thinking that you’re playing bass guitar. What is the difference between an octave pedal and a pitch shifter pedal? The Donner Harmonic Square has 7-octave modes that you can switch by turning the main knob: ±2, ±3, ±4, ±5, ±7, 1 octave, and 2 octaves. All of this is housed in a very compact aluminum alloy chassis that will easily fit on any pedalboard and be able to take road and gig punishment.

Two up, two down on this mini octave pedal

The Mooer Pure Octave uses proper octave phase technology (as oppose to digital pitch shifting) to ensure the octave effects are completely pure with little to no distortion or artifacts! Perfect for creating awesome sound effects or teaming up with other effects for outrageous tones!
